STO: PC Patch Notes for 7/6/23

General:  

• Updated the Console – Universal – Brancher Crystal Fragments by increasing the Beam Weapon Damage gained per stack. 
• Resolved an issue with the Console – Universal – Dragonsblood Flame where the console was granting Increased Damage instead of Bonus Damage.
