youre not supposed too, blizzard said he will become available after the even ends on the 6th. So you got it when it was bugged

I completed Scarab Lord without any help from my guild or friends. I was able to form my own raids, and farm everything on my own time. It was still challenging and fun. I hope they do this across all classic realms. Its not fun when A whole raid has to put in effort for one person to reap the rewards.
