While questing in Stranglethorn Vale, a level 36 Night Elf Rogue challenged SONII’s level 42 Warrior to a Mak’Gora. At such a level difference, the former OTK Mak’Gora finalist thought the Rogue would be easy work. Little did he know, his opponent had some Engineering tricks up his sleeve.
While SONII did not survive his duel, he did coach the new leader of the <OnlyFangs> guild in his win against the former Warchief. After going 1-4 in a best-of-9 duel, loltyler1 was able to rally back against his opponent, sodapoppin, winning 3 in a row to tie the series at 4 wins each. For this tie-breaker, the two Warriors decided to remove their weapons and face off against each other in a fistfight to determine who would become the permanent leader of the guild.
While farming the first boss of Dire Maul North with zeroji and tooca_, SillyAnne had an extremely unlucky disconnection. While the Hunter and Warrior went in to pull the boss towards the entrance, a patrol walked by and killed SillyAnne’s Priest while she was reconnecting.
After nearly 10 deaths while AoE leveling on Mage, GingiTV had yet another close call when he took on the horde of undead at the farms in Western Plaguelands.
Naguura was not so lucky when she took on the infamous elevator boss of the Undercity. Her Priest was not strong enough to withstand the fall, perishing at level 13.
While questing in the Western Plaguelands on his Hunter, Maestertv pulled a few too many enemies in the Quel’Lithien Lodge. While attempting to flee to safety, Maester jumped off the edge of a cliff, succumbing to fall damage at level 58.
After several recent deaths, Xaryu decided to reroll as a sword-only Warrior. During a run of Blackfathom Deeps, Xaryu activated two candles after defeating Twilight Lord Kelris. Unfortunately, the Rogue of the group was hit by multiple spells simultaneously, leading to his early demise.
Despite her recent death in Stratholme Undead, emilya decided to make yet another Priest. While questing in the troll-infested area of Zul’Mashar in Eastern Plaguelands, emilya became overwhelmed by enemies and had to run. After being Knocked Down and Hexed several times, emilya was engulfed by the swarm, losing her third Priest, this time at level 58.
While questing in Western Plaguelands, PopsBarnGrill pulled a few too many Scarlet Invokers while on his Shaman. Keeping his cool, Pops used every tool at his disposal to stay alive at level 56.
Finally, while leveling on his Shaman in Stranglethorn Vale, EsfandTV ran into multiple packs of patrolling enemies, including Ana’thek the Cruel. While attempting to finally reach level 60, Esfand’s Shaman was massacred by Trolls at level 44.
