While it doesn’t show on the quest completion, upon completing one of the World Soul quests, you will receive your weekly Fractured Spark of Fortunes.
Call of the Worldsoul Weekly
You can pick your World Soul quest in Dornogal, near the innkeeper from Faerin Lothar. The quest starts with The Call of the Worldsoul and will unlock a choice of four quests to pick. Completing any of them will grant you the Season 2 spark.
