Whose blood is it anyway?
Earlier this week, Blizzard added a Mastery/Versatility neck to Operation: Floodgate, as many players pointed out, there remained a distinct lack of choices for Critical Strike. Alongside the new Bloodstained Memento, there are now two options with Critical Strike, two featuring Mastery, three with Haste, and three choices for Versatility.
While this doesn’t cover every combination, the generally high inflation of secondary stats in the third Season of The War Within means that the majority of players will be surpassing the first or even second point of diminishing returns, putting less emphasis on stacking just one or two specific stats and encouraging more varied gearing.
