Modeled after his appearance in the Legion cinematic trailer, is a highly exclusive and very expensive collector’s piece for World of Warcraft fans.
Although showcased and sold by Sideshow Collectables, the bust is actually made by Infinity Studio and was originally revealed at the Shanghai Wonder Festival in October 2024, alongside several other lifelike creations big and small.
Featuring an initial ¥50,000 RMB (~$7,237 USD) price tag, the same statue is now listed for only $5,005 by Sideshow Collectables, so you can actually get it at a bit of a discount now! A similar Slyvanas bust was also showcased at the Shanghai Wonder Festival, alongside Valeera Sanguinar, the Warglaives of Azzinoth, Frostmourne, and smaller figures of Illidan Stormrage, Mercy from Overwatch, and many more.
Although not for public sale at the time, Varian was listed at $7,237 USD, Valeera for $2,703 USD, and Sylvanas for $4,339 USD.
The plush Lightforged Gorehowl commemorates the 15-meter version made by NetEase. I also have one, and it’s very cute.
Both busts again appeared at China Joy this past August, alongside a gigantic Arthas Menethil riding Invincible! Measuring 6.6 feet tall and nearly 6 feet wide, the larger-than-life Lich King also has a very reasonable price of ¥288,888 (~$41,815 USD).
So if you have the means, check out Sideshow Collectibles and/or Infinity Studios for some incredibly detailed statues. Those of us who don’t have that kind of cash can just enjoy the pictures instead.
