The anniversary of Burning Crusade Classic is coming soon, and there’s a special bundle that includes new cosmetics. [source]
Upgrading to the Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary Edition Heroic Pack or higher will reward multiple cosmetic items, including a new pet, the Starshard Whelpling (pictured right).
This pet is immediately summonable on Retail and Mists of Pandaria Classic after purchasing the bundle. It will also be available during the Classic Anniversary Burning Crusade pre-patch starting January 13, 2026.
The Heroic Pack costs $39.99 USD, while the Epic Pack costs $79.99 USD. It’s currently unknown how long this offer will last, or if this pet will be added to the Blizzard Store as a standalone purchase in the future.
