New Avalon – Season of Discovery Guide
Before you can enter the Mage Tower to pick up the books, you will need to complete a small puzzle. First, use your Scarlet Insignia to disguise yourself then head to the Mage Tower within New Avalon.

Run through the Stone Arches, and you will receive a buff allowing you to see colored crystals in the area.

You need to blend the crystals’ colors to match the Mage Tower Portal door. To do so, you run under the floating tree.

Once you have solved the puzzle, walk through the portal to enter the Mage Tower. Once inside you will be greeted with Distracted Scarlet Wizards who you must avoid.

Once in, you will find the books on the bookcases throughout.

Each book contains a different enchanting formula. Once you have looted the book, disenchant it, then use 15 Illusion Dust and a Righteous Orb to learn the new formula.
