Classic Version
New 6 and 12-month WoW subscription rewards are now available, and includes a fiery horse mount and matching Classic-only pet. The theme for the mount and pet reflect this year’s Lunar New Year animal, the fire horse. [source]
Players can collect the Smoldering Courage pet (pictured above, left) by either purchasing/having a 6 or 12-month WoW subscription, or by making a standalone purchase of the pet from the Classic section of the Blizzard Store ($10 USD). This pet is exclusive to Classic and can only be summoned on these realms.
Retail Version
Players that wish to collect this pet in Retail can make a separate purchase from the Retail section of the Blizzard Store ($10 USD). The pet has a slightly different name, Smoldering Valor.
