General:
Resolved a number issues with the Captain Alteration Token.
The Captain Alteration Token is now available to purchase and use.
Known Issues:
We are aware that some captains, who recently bought out the 2023 Lohlunat Festival event, are unable to reclaim the Hysperian Intel Battlecruiser and are currently working on a fix to address this issue.
