Struggling to remember all the progress you’ve made on your full roster of characters? Created by Software Engineer, Freddie, WoWthing is a free web-based character manager that helps you track nearly everything including Mythic+, Currency, Gear, Transmog, and so much more!
Of particular use to Legion Remix players, Wowthing offers an Artifact Appearance tracker. And with the recent hotfix enabling the ability to obtain Hidden Artifact appearances in Legion Remix, you can utilize WoWthing to track your progress on those appearance as well.
WoWthing’s Artifact Appearance Tracking
Get started by registering using Battle.Net, then download the WoWthing Collector addon. Simply upload data from your WoWthing_Collector.lua file, you can find this in your World of Warcraft > _retail_ > WTF > Account > > SavedVariables directory.
If you’re looking to automate the process, you can download WoWthing Sync, a Windows application that uploads addon data every time you log out or reload UI.
Once your data is uploaded, navigate to any of the sections you’re looking to track. For Artifact appearances navigate to Collections > Artifact to a see a full breakdown of your Artifact appearance progress.
