According to Joardee on X (formerly known as Twitter), both Horde and Alliance warriors (and Horde and Alliance players in general) that complete their attunement to Onyxia’s Lair can access vendors in Stormwind (Squire Rowe at /way 70.6 86.2) and Orgrimmar (vendor currently unknown) that sell the Handbook of Valor of Azeroth and Chipped Drakefire Amulet.
While only Warriors will be particularly interested in the skill book, all players will be interested in an account-wide Onyxia attunement – particularly when many players report difficulties completing the attunement on their main characters already.
