How to Obtain Bronze Celebration Tokens
As of the time of the post, you can obtain Bronze Celebration Token from completing several weekly activities in Khaz Algar and completing a few one-time quests at the Anniversary itself.

For repeatable sources, they mostly come from weekly activities with a daily included:
Completing Weekly Quests in Khaz Algar grants 2 Bronze Celebration Token each.
Completing 20th Anniversary Weekly Qursts grants 3 Bronze Celebration Token each.
One issue we’re seeing right now on the PTR is that although you can complete these quests on multiple characters, only the first completion in your Warband will give Bronze Celebration Tokens. We’re unsure if this is a PTR bug or intended.
Earning 100 Bronze Celebration Tokens will give you the achievement Token Collector, which will allow repeatable activities during the event (like the Mount Mania and Fashion Frenzy events in Tanaris) also to drop Bronze Celebration Tokens.

Eternal Tier 2 – Revamped Vanilla Tier 2 Sets
The first rewards that can be purchased are the revamped Tier 2 sets (as well as entirely new appearances for classes that were not around during Vanilla WoW). These can be bought from Traeya in Tanaris for 0 Bronze Celebration Token each.
The price does seem a bit steep initially, but two achievements will grant discounts to the cost of the revamped Tier 2 sets: Upgraded Apparel is obtained after you purchase your first revamped Tier 2 set, and Classy Dresser after your second purchase. Returning Mounts and Pets from Previous Events
Mounts and Pets from previous anniversary events can also be purchased with Bronze Celebration Token! These can be purchased from Storekeeper Reginald in Tanaris.
Additional Rewards – Li’l Doomy Pet, Blizzard Service Award Items, Toy
Additional rewards can be purchased from Historian Ma’di in Tanaris. These include transmogs inspired by real life props received by Blizzard employees after reaching a milestone of years of work at Blizzard, a little Doomguard pet, and a toy that pops celebration balloons! If you purchase every other Bronze Celebration Token reward, you can dump your remaining tokens on an item that gives 20 Timewarped Badges.
