Initially unlocked at renown rank 2, the Busted Rune Dispenser located on the upper floor of the Incontinental can be used once per week, granting players either a Crystallized Augment Rune or a shame-inducing L.O.S.E.R. Ticket. With this week’s buff, the machine is (mostly) fixed, guaranteeing one augment rune and a chance to receive up to two more… if the hotwired machine doesn’t explode!
The real benefit is that this perk is per character, so players can enter the Liberation of Undermine each week on as many alts as they have to get extra runes, without even facing any bosses!
However, several players have noticed that they still received L.O.S.E.R. Ticket tickets even after reaching renown 14, without the ability to use the machine more than once as advertised, leaving it unknown whether there is a bug, the instance needs to be reset, or if the bonus simply does not take effect until the following week.
