A Record of the Sin War
While all of these cosmetics are amazing, there is one that truly stands out as something special. The Two-Handed Axe is particularly unique among most of the item appearances in not only Diablo 4, but perhaps the series as a whole. The reason for this is that the Axe bears imagery of the first ever in-game representation of Uldyssian Ul-Diomede, who not only had major dealings with Lilith during the Sin War but also went on to become the most powerful Nephalem of all time, sacrificing himself to save Sanctuary.
