The two tabards we have below are confirmed to be sold by Auzin, the Northrend Timewalking vendor, and will be available during Wrath of the Lich King Timewalking weekly events!
And below, we have two extra tabards datamined. This is currently unconfirmed, but we believe these will be sold by Cupri, the Outland Timewalking Vendor, during Burning Crusade Timewalking events, as these two tabards are directly linked to Burning Crusade content.
According to the appearance tab, the Area 52 Tabard can be purchased by both factions, while the Tranquillien Tabard can only be purchased by Horde characters.
The Tranquillien Tabard is a pretty big deal, as it has been in the game files and teased to players since Burning Crusade! It shows up on the Appearance tab’s Tabard section on the Patch 11.0.5 PTR, while it’s not there on the live version of the game, so we might need to wait until the next Burning Crusade Timewalking event for confirmation.
