General:
- Added various protections to various interactions with Energy Credits and Dilithium so that captains do not accidentally lose either currency when near their maximum capacity.
- Captains will no longer be able to refine Dilithium if it would exceed their Dilithium limit.
- The Dilithium Exchange will no longer allow captains to withdraw past their Dilithium limit.
- Automatic Dilithium refinement will stop if the captain is already at the Dilithium limit, to prevent loss of resources.
- Captains will no longer be able to accidentally delete any mail that still has attached items on them.

- Resolved and issue with Torpedo Command and Control so that it now properly applies the correct buffs.
- Resolved an issue with the Console – Universal – Harmonic Yield Distribution via Radial Aperture that would cause it to spawn too many lances than intended when used.
- Owners of the Alita Strike-Wing Escort or the Legendary Akira Multi-Mission Cruiser will now have access to the Type 7A Starfleet material on their Strike-Wing Escort family of ships.
