The biggest day of the year for Warframe is about to return to an in-person format for the first time since 2019! Chock full of the announcements, panels, contests and more that you’ve come to know and love, TennoCon 2023 also marks the culmination of Warframe’s monumental 10 Year Anniversary celebration. Needless to say, this year’s event is shaping up to be an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience. If you’re physically joining us this year, read on for some helpful tips to better navigate the show floor on the big day.
Travel Info
If you’re traveling to the show from outside Canada or the U.S., you may need to apply for an eTA before entering the country. You can find details on how and if you need to apply at this link.

Badge Pick-Up
Tenno should note that early Badge Pick-Up starts one day before the show on Friday, August 25. Badges will be available at RBC Place London from 10 a.m. ET to 4 p.m. ET.
If you’re planning on getting your Badge the day of the show, they will be available on Saturday, August 26 from 9 a.m. ET to 11 a.m. ET. If you’re running late, you’ll still be able to grab them from the Information Desk in the lobby of RBC Place London after 11 a.m. ET.
We encourage all Tenno to pick up their Badges early and to leave any large bags or other personal belongings either in their hotel rooms or at home. Once you get to the convention center, all bags will be subject to a check-in to ensure the safety and security of all attendees.
Digital Extremes and RBC Place London are not responsible for lost or misplaced items and cannot be held liable for any damage to personal items that are brought on-site.
Merch
Please be advised that all Official Warframe Merchandise will be sold on a first come, first served basis. VIP ticket holders will have early access to Merch ordering.
There will be two separate locations for Merch purchases at TennoCon 2023, with limited extra stock of select items available.
